VERSA – RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Versa, we are committed to delivering premium quality and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Change of Mind Returns (Store Credit Only)
We accept Change of Mind returns under the following conditions:
• ✔ Return request must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date
• ✔ Once the return request is approved by Versa, the item must be shipped back within 5 days
• ✔ Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused
• ✔ All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• ✔ Proof of purchase (order number / receipt) is required
Refund Method
• 🔹 Store Credit ONLY
• ❌ No refunds to cards, cash or original payment methods for change-of-mind returns
Store credit will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Return Shipping
• 🚚 Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable for the deliveries out of Australia & Sri Lanka
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, we sincerely apologise.
Eligibility
• ✔ Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• ✔ Once approved, the item must be returned within 5 days
• ✔ Item must be unused and in original condition
Required Proof
• 📸 Clear photos or videos showing:
• The damage or defect
• Original packaging
• Shipping label
Resolution Options
• 🔹 Refund to the original payment method
• 🔹 Product Replacement
• 🔹 Store credit, as per customer preference
Refunds or replacements are processed after the item is received at our warehouse and inspected.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty:
• ❌ Intimate garments / underwear
• ❌ Swimwear without hygiene seals intact
• ❌ Final sale / clearance items
• ❌ Gift cards
4. Return Conditions (Important)
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, odours, perfume or deodorant marks will be rejected
• Returns sent after the 5-day return window may not be accepted
• Returns without prior approval will not be processed
• Versa reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet policy conditions
5. Store Credit Terms
• Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Store credit does not expire (recommended for premium customer experience)
• Can be used for any future purchase on the Versa online store
6. Processing Time
• ⏳ Store credit or refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after warehouse inspection
• Processing times may vary depending on payment providers
7. How to Request a Return
1. Contact support@versafashions.com or log in to your Versa account
2. Provide:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos/videos (if applicable)
3. Wait for return approval
4. Ship the item back within 5 days of approval
8. Policy Updates
Versa reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
